FALCON ENGINEERING CO., LLC (THE FALCON GROUP) IS HIRING ONE (1) FULL TIME PROJECT MANAGER AT ITS MIAMI, FLORDIA OFFICE. RESPONSIBILITIES: COORDINATE AND MANAGE INTERNAL KICK-OFF, MILESTONE AND CLOSEOUT MEETINGS FOR PROJECTS; VERIFY SCHEDULES, ENSURE ADHERENCE TO PLANS AND TIMELINES, WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RESOURCES, TO MEET OBJECTIVES EFFICIENTLY; CONDUCT ON-SITE INSPECTIONS, DOCUMENT EXISTING CONDITIONS PERFORM FIELD TESTING, PHOTOGRAPH, CREATION OF HAND SKETCHES, OBSERVE AND TRACK WORK IN PROGRESS TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS; RECORD FIELD MEASUREMENTS AND PERFORM CALCULATIONS; PERFORM COMPLEX INSPECTIONS AND TESTING TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS, CODES, AND INDUSTRY STANDARDS; REVIEW AND EVALUATE CHANGE ORDERS WHILE ASSESSING IMPACT ON SCOPE, SCHEDULE, AND BUDGET; REVIEW PAYMENT APPLICATIONS AND VERIFY ACCURACY OF WORK AND MATERIALS SUPPLIED BY CONTRACTORS; PREPARE DETAILED FIELD REPORTS AND OPINION REPORTS BASED ON FINDINGS; PREPARE WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCES WITH CLIENTS AND CONTRACTORS; INTERPRET TECHNICAL CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS AND ENSURE COMPLIANCE; PREPARE INVESTIGATION REPORTS AND BID DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING DRAWINGS AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, FOR ACCURATE INTERPRETATION AND IMPLEMENTATION; COMMUNICATE STATUS AND ADDRESS ISSUES AND DISCREPANCIES; MAINTAIN ORGANIZED RECORDS, FILES, DRAWINGS, AND OTHER ESSENTIAL DATA, AND ENSURE THEY ARE COMPLETE AND STORED APPROPRIATELY; COLLECT POST-PROJECT FEEDBACK TO LOOK FOR ISSUES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR IMPROVEMENT; IMPROVE JOB KNOWLEDGE BY ATTENDING EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS, REVIEWING PROFESSIONAL PUBLICATIONS, AND PARTICIPATING IN PROFESSIONAL SOCIETIES AND NETWORKS; AND ACT AS A REPRESENTATIVE AT INDUSTRY EVENTS, SEMINARS, AND CONTINUING EDUCATION PRESENTATIONS.

MIN. QUALIFICATIONS: (1) U.S. BACHELOR'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIV.) IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, CIVIL ENGINEERING, STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING, ARCHITECTURE, OR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT; AND (2) 24-MONTHS EXPERIENCE IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, CIVIL ENGINEERING, STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING, ARCHITECTURE, OR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT.

Rate of Pay: $85,000 TO $95,000 PER YEAR.
